We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on and highly organised Operational Coordinator to join our Milton Keynes team and support the day-to-day running and continued development of our UK and Ireland operations.

This is a varied role combining warehouse and staging operations, stock and transport administration, customer support, reporting, project coordination and continuous improvement. You will work closely with management and operational teams to make sure the facility runs efficiently, customers receive a high level of service and operational issues are identified and resolved quickly.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being involved, takes ownership, is naturally organised and likes finding better ways of doing things. You should be equally comfortable working with people, data, systems and practical operational tasks.

•    Support the day-to-day operation of the Milton Keynes warehouse and staging facility.
•    Coordinate stock reporting, stock checks, transport administration and general operational requirements.
•    Assist with warehouse planning, inventory and logistics forecasting across UK and Ireland operations.
•    Maintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation.
•    Work with internal systems and software to manage operational and staging processes.
•    Support customer implementations and operational projects from planning through to completion.
•    Work directly with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and ensure agreed actions are delivered.
•    Assist with preparation for and participation in customer audits at the Milton Keynes facility, including major retail and banking clients.
•    Travel occasionally to Ireland to support customer audits or operational requirements.
•    Investigate operational issues, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
•    Identify recurring problems and inefficiencies and help implement improvements.
•    Support continuous improvement and business transformation projects alongside operations, commercial teams and management.

•    Minimum 2 years’ relevant professional experience, ideally within operations, logistics, warehouse/staging, project coordination, administration or a fast-paced business environment.
•    Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
•    Hands-on and willing to get involved in both office-based and operational/warehouse activities.
•    Strong computer literacy and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Comfortable working with data, reports and operational systems.
•    Able to identify issues, understand root causes and develop practical solutions.
•    Excellent communication skills and confident dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
•    Good written and spoken business English.
•    Able to prioritise competing demands and remain calm when priorities change.
•    Proactive attitude with a genuine desire to improve processes and ways of working.
•    Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and to Ireland.

What You’ll Get
•    Exposure to UK and Ireland operations across warehouse, logistics, customer and commercial activities.
•    Training on internal systems, software and staging processes.
•    Direct exposure to major retail and banking customers.
•    Opportunity to work on customer implementations and continuous improvement projects.
•    A varied role with the opportunity to develop into a broader operational or project management position.
•    The opportunity to make a genuine impact on how the operation works and grows.

We are Armed Forces friendly. We welcome applications from ex-Armed Forces personnel, reservists, armed forces veterans, cadet instructors and military spouses/partners.
