Develops and provides project and program related data assessment, management and reporting solutions to support project managers, teams and sponsors. Provides analytical support through all project phases, including planning, execution, release management and post-project evaluation. Works with project / program stakeholders to define project governance, process management and associated communication / informational structures.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to multiple business partners on a wide range of Metrics & Reporting projects from ad-hoc requests to large-scale cross-functional engagements.
- Leads and oversees PMO governance-related discussion with project, business, functional and operational leaders and teams, ensuring their understanding of and commitment to established policies and objectives.
- Collaborates on roadmaps with marketing Metrics & Reporting and allied teams to ensure clear direction and priorities for data collection, synthesis and analysis.
- Manages and executes complex projects spanning multiple product lines and areas of the business.
- Engages with business partners and IT to help shape data architecture strategy and associated analysis and reporting methodologies.
- Analyze asset and tactic performance to support campaign optimization, including (but not limited to) A/B tests, SEO/SEM performance, Generative Engine (GE) performance, lift analyses, channel analytics, funnel and conversion analytics, etc.
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Metrics and Reporting.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
- Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI), data visualization and reporting tools
- Power BI experience
- statistical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%, both domestic and international
The annual base salary range for this position is $165,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
