We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM. The role will be responsible for delivering operational, compliance, workforce, talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, and executive reporting using Oracle Fusion reporting tools including BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI(Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and have experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.

• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Fusion Release Management and quarterly updates.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with data warehouses and reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Experience working in large global organizations with multiple countries and legal employers.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM reporting.
• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Hands-on experience developing BI Publisher reports.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data structures and security models.
