Senior Product Manager
Quick Summary
💡 Customer Discovery & Research: run real discovery with customers, agency teams, and the market,
At Digible, we take pride in our collaborative, transparent, and authentic culture. Since 2021, we've been recognized as a Top Workplace in Colorado and secured the #8 spot in the Best Places to Work Multifamily rankings. From our hiring process to our All Hands meetings and Town Halls, our values are at the core of everything we do.
Digible is a privately owned and operated digital marketing company founded in 2017 with a mission to bring cutting-edge solutions to the multifamily industry. We offer a full suite of digital services, alongside Fiona, our predictive analytics platform—the first of its kind.
We believe diversity fuels innovation, and we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. If you're ready to do the best work of your career, we'd love to have you on the team!
- Authenticity — The commitment to be steadfast and genuine with our actions and communication toward everyone we touch.
- Curiosity — The belief that a deep and fundamental curiosity (the "why") in our work is vital to company innovation and evolution.
- Focus — The collective will to remain completely devoted and ultimately accountable to our deliverables.
- Humility — The recognition and daily practice that "we" is always greater than "I".
- Happiness — The decision to prioritize passion and love for what we do above everything else.
Digible is hiring a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of one of our product pods. The pod is relatively new, and while it has a clear mandate and a prioritized roadmap, its long-term strategy and roadmap still need to be sharpened. That's the job: make this pod's direction unmistakable and then deliver on it.
You won't be starting from zero: there's already a prioritized roadmap ready for you to execute on, so you can ship meaningful work right away. Once you've ramped, we expect you to make that roadmap your own, evolving it through your own discovery and judgment rather than just executing on existing plans. Throughout, you'll partner deeply with our agency leaders (your day-one allies and internal customers) to decide what gets solved by people, product, or automation. You'll ship experiences that make Digible dramatically more efficient internally and noticeably better to buy from and work with externally.
Like every pod, this one will also have new technology product opportunities to explore. You'll help find, validate, and shape them alongside the rest of the roadmap.
Your customers include the agency teams who deliver the work our clients hire Digible to do. You'll spend real time with them, learning how they serve clients day to day, where their hours actually go, and where the process is manual, inconsistent, or falls short of what clients need. From that understanding you'll build the strategy and plan for a mix of deterministic automation and AI-driven innovation that takes mindless manual work off their plates, frees them to be more strategic with clients, and helps Digible capture more of the value it creates. We want you to be creative here and think AI-native by default: not bolting AI onto today's process, but rethinking how the work should get done when AI is in the loop from the start. You'll also run customer discovery and research, build real relationships with customers and stakeholders, and set and communicate strategy clearly enough to bring the company with you. The work spans internal workflow products and the customer-facing experiences they power, and a good amount of it is technical. As a senior member of the team, you'll help lead AI transformation across product, design, and engineering. You'll report to a Group Product Manager.
We're a small product org inside a profitable, bootstrapped company — nine years successful before the recent AI wave, and now in the middle of an AI transformation, reinventing how an established company operates and thrives in the AI era. Profitability and bootstrapping mean you'll work on real customer and business problems, not a search for product/market fit, with a direct line to an accessible leadership team. You'll use AI throughout your workflow to move faster and more effectively than a team our size normally could.
- 🔁 Workflow Products: turning how the work gets done today into products and automations that make it faster, smarter, and more consistent
- 🏢 Two Sets of Customers: internal agency teams and the clients they serve — you'll build for both
- ✨ AI: deciding what gets solved by people, product, or automation — and using AI to shift that line
- 🧭 Full Pod Ownership: taking over a relatively new pod, sharpening its long-term strategy and roadmap, and making it fully your own
- 🔭 New Bets: exploring new technology product opportunities and shaping what we build next
- 🚀 Small Teams: working with small teams that trade scale for agility & autonomy
- 🏗️ Early Foundations: crafting the systems, rituals, and mindsets of a relatively new product org
- 📅 4-day Workweek: we work Mon–Thu, so every weekend is a long weekend
- ⚖️ Modeled Balance: we know work is a part of life — boundaries are modeled by leadership
- 📈 Fast Growth: this isn't a turnaround — 371% three-year growth per the 2025 Inc. 5000 (No. 1,165)
- 🥾 Bootstrapped Profitability: we control our own destiny, with no investor or burn pressure
