Director, Acquisitions

This role leads the identification, evaluation, and execution of property and asset acquisitions and dispositions to support the company's growth objectives. The position involves making strategic recommendations, negotiating mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and ensuring thorough due diligence for all potential deals. The role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to build digital trust with stakeholders. The resource will oversee the acquisitions function, including planning, budgeting, and expense management, while ensuring employee development within the department. They will receive objectives and have the autonomy to determine the best course of action to achieve them, reorganizing work output as necessary to maintain organizational consistency and alignment. The role requires updating methods and processes to reflect evolving standards and to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The expert will leverage advanced industry knowledge and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, lead teams, and deliver results that align with the company's core values of customer focus, teamwork, and being results-driven. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field - 10-15 Years of experience in acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures - Demonstrated expertise in due diligence, negotiation, and strategic planning - Proven leadership and employee development capabilities - Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
