Project Management Lead – Capital Upgrade Program

The PM Lead – Capital Upgrade Program provides project management, deep technical expertise and strategic support for Critical Infrastructure Asset Replacement projects across the global data center portfolio, with a primary focus on North America. This role is instrumental in guiding capital equipment lifecycle decisions, evaluating emerging technologies and supporting development and implementation of a global program to identify and replace at risk critical infrastructure assets.

• →Support the Global Tech Ops function in the implementation and management of the Global Critical Infrastructure Program.
• →Partner with design consultants, construction managers, and OEM partners to ensure alignment to specifications
• →Review and advise on design packages for critical infrastructure replacements.
• →Validate technical solutions against global standards and operational requirements.
• →In collaboration with Regional Operations teams, provide risk assessments and recommendations for at-risk asset replacement.
• →Coordinate infrastructure upgrade technical reviews and critical asset approvals.
• →Collaborate with Supply Chain, DC&E (Design, Engineering & Construction), Solutions Engineering and Portfolio Operations to ensure proper decisions around equipment selection.
• →Collaborate with internal and external teams to evaluate new infrastructure technologies for feasibility and deployment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in data center infrastructure, critical systems, or facilities engineering and construction.
• Strong understanding of power systems, cooling technologies, and building automation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• PMP Certification is a plus

Our Compensation Philosophy

Digital Realty offers its employees a highly competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and an environment that recognizes and rewards your contributions. Central to our compensation philosophy is rewarding our employees for achieving the values and objectives aligned to the company's overall goals and values.

Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee’s total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.

Compensation range: $190,000 – $238,000 annually.  This compensation range represents the Company’s good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.
