Senior Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our finance team supporting an SGX-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (“the REIT”) and its Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPVs”). Reporting into the finance leadership team, you will play a hands-on role across financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and the day-to-day accounting that underpins a listed trust and its cross-border property portfolio.

This is a broad, high-exposure role that offers direct interaction with Trustees, auditors, tax agents and overseas finance teams (U.S. / EMEA), and a clear runway to grow into budgeting, forecasting and committee-level reporting.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, or Big Four candidates at the associate or senior level looking to join the commercial sector are welcomed to apply.
