This role supports the delivery of change, transformation, and automation initiatives across HR products within a global People Services model. Working in a product-led environment, you will act as a change lead and delivery partner, helping to plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives that drive standardization, simplify processes, and improve employee experience. With support and training, this role offers the opportunity to build project delivery capability while partnering closely with Product Owners, HR Technology, and Automation teams.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead change and transformation initiatives across assigned HR products, partnering with Product Owners to deliver against priorities
- →Manage and prioritize the change and automation pipeline, including planning, sequencing, and execution of initiatives
- →Develop and maintain integrated product roadmaps across annual, monthly, and task-level planning horizons
- →Act as Scrum Lead or Project Manager for initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes
- →Support communication planning, enablement, and training materials for change programs
- →Drive initiatives focused on automation, standardization, simplification, and system enablement
- →Partner with HR Technology and Automation teams to ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned to standards
- →Coordinate vendor implementations, system changes, and integrations with minimal disruption
- →Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to balance standardization with local requirements
- →Promote adoption, readiness, and continuous improvement across HR products and services
- Experience supporting HR operations, shared services, or HR project delivery in a global or enterprise environment
- Exposure to project or program delivery, with interest in moving into larger, more complex initiatives
- Familiarity with HR systems such as HCM, Payroll, Talent, Compensation and Benefits, or Analytics
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Ability to translate business needs into structured plans, roadmaps, and execution approaches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including managing dependencies and assessing risk
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Results-focused mindset with emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and employee experience
- Adaptability and resilience in a changing, fast-paced environment
