Coordinate collection of environmental, energy, water, and related sustainability data from sub-regional and global teams.
- Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, methodological weaknesses, or non-compliance with internal policies.
- Investigate discrepancies directly with data owners and ensure timely correction and prevention of recurrence.
- Maintain clear audit trails and documentation supporting internal controls and external assurance.
- Provide analytical insights on sustainability KPIs, including energy intensity, carbon footprint, water use, waste reduction, and other material metrics.
- Recommend and implement improvements to data collection methodologies and reporting systems.
- Translate corporate sustainability and energy objectives into practical operational guidance for site teams.
- Support implementation of energy-efficiency programs, water and emissions reduction efforts.
Track and communicate progress against regional and global sustainability targets.
- Communicate global sustainability KPI measurement requirements in consideration of local infrastructure and regulatory differences.
- Contribute to awareness sessions and workshops to strengthen the sustainability culture within Operations.
- Monitor evolving sustainability reporting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assess regulatory impacts and recommend updates to reporting strategies and processes.
- Provide clear, practical explanations of complex regulatory and data requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate new or changing reporting requirements to relevant internal teams.
- Contribute to internal global policy development process in alignment with international standards.
Act as a key liaison between Sustainability and regional Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and other business functions.
- Prepare concise reports and presentations for senior leadership summarizing performance, risks, and improvement actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in energy management, engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability implementation, energy reporting, environmental data management, or related analytical roles.
- Experience in data centers, industrial, utilities, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience managing third-party data quality assurance processes preferred.
- Experience working with major sustainability reporting frameworks and regulatory disclosures.
- Experience handling large, complex datasets, including imperfect or incomplete data.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
