Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is crucial for successful customer implementations. The technician must demonstrate a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.
Minimum 2-4 Years experience in a data center environment. Previous technical experience in IT or a related industrial field. Vocational school or secondary education in an IT technical field. Certification as a qualified electrician is a distinct advantage. ITIL certification or training is an advantage. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail. Commitment and drive. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proactive, can-do attitude. Client-focused approach. Teamwork and collaboration. Adherence to health and safety standards. Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
