The role involves supporting installation and migration activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and adhering to strict health and safety standards. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is crucial for successful customer implementations. The technician must demonstrate a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment. Minimum 2-4 Years experience in a data center environment. Previous technical experience in IT or a related industrial field. Vocational school or secondary education in an IT technical field. Certification as a qualified electrician is a distinct advantage. ITIL certification or training is an advantage. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail. Commitment and drive. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proactive, can-do attitude. Client-focused approach. Teamwork and collaboration.
