Talent & PR Manager – Influencer Roster

As Talent & PR Manager, you'll lead Digital Minds' roster of influencers, celebrities, and artists. You'll manage their careers day to day, secure and negotiate brand partnerships, and represent them at shoots and events, helping each talent grow while delivering standout results for our clients.

  Manage Digital Minds' roster of influencers, celebrities, and artists, acting as their main point of contact and day-to-day manager.

  Build long-term relationships with talent, understanding each creator's brand, audience, goals, and growth potential.

  Accompany and represent roster talent at shoots, events, brand activations, and media appearances, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day and that agreed terms are respected.

  Actively pitch roster talent to brands and agencies, turning opportunities into paid partnerships.

  Negotiate fees, usage rights, exclusivity, and contract terms on behalf of the talent.

  Coordinate campaign delivery between brands and creators: briefs, content approvals, deadlines, and deliverables.

  Scout and recruit new talent to strengthen and diversify the roster.

  Protect talent reputation and handle sensitive situations or crises with discretion.

  Collaborate with our account, creative, and content teams to bring roster talent into client campaigns.

• Min 3 years of experience in PR, talent management, or influencer marketing, ideally at a PR/Talent agency, influencer agency, or digital agency.

• Proven experience managing influencers, celebrities, and artists, including negotiating fees, contracts, and usage rights.

• A commercial mindset, with a track record of pitching talent and closing paid partnerships.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines at once.

• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including audience data and influencer analytics.

• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive talent matters.

• Fluent Greek and English, written and spoken.
