Drivers Assistant

The Driver's Assistant supports the safe and efficient delivery of goods to customers, working alongside the driver to ensure deliveries are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with loading, unloading and delivering goods
• Ensure products are handled safely and carefully to prevent damage
• Support safe delivery practices, including identifying hazards and following health and safety procedures
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at delivery sites
• Assist with securing loads and checking goods against delivery documentation
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe vehicle and work environment
• Work collaboratively with drivers and the wider logistics team to ensure efficient daily operations
