Hologic's Global Operations and Supply Chain organization keeps its medical device manufacturing sites running safely, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements worldwide. Hologic's Costa Rica site plays a critical role in that network, and the function partners closely with Quality, Finance and IT to keep supply, service and cost objectives aligned with the company's broader Operations strategy.

Role Summary

Hologic is looking for a Program Director, Supply Chain, Operations & Strategy to lead strategic initiatives at its Costa Rica site. The role leads a cross-functional agenda with global stakeholders, advancing service, cost, quality, compliance and resilience objectives, without requiring formal ownership of a director-level P&L or large organization.

What You'll Bring — Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours

Knowledge — what you know

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in supply chain and/or operations roles, ideally within medical device, pharma or another regulated manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience working within a matrixed, multinational organization, partnering with stakeholders across the US and other regions.
• (Preferred) MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Operations, Supply Chain or Business.
• (Preferred) Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS/CPIM certification.
• (Preferred) Experience in a free-trade-zone or shared-services manufacturing site, including familiarity with applicable trade, customs and import/export considerations.
• (Preferred) Prior experience with Oracle or a comparable ERP/MRP system in a manufacturing context; experience using analytics or visualization tools to support operational decision-making is a plus.
