Senior Breast Biopsy & Surgery Sales Specialist - Korea

We are seeking an experienced Senior Breast Biopsy & Surgery Sales Specialist to join our Commercial team in Korea. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for expanding the reach of Hologic's Breast Biopsy and Breast Surgery portfolio, working closely with healthcare providers to increase awareness, support clinical adoption, and deliver sustainable business growth across the Korean market.

• Achieve territory sales objectives through the promotion of Hologic's Breast Biopsy and Breast Surgery portfolio.
• Present compelling clinical and economic value propositions to healthcare professionals and purchasing stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing a healthy opportunity pipeline.
• Contribute to territory planning and market expansion initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, breast surgeons, clinicians, and hospital decision-makers.
• Deliver customer-focused solutions aligned with clinical and operational needs.
• Coordinate product evaluations, installations, and post-implementation activities to support successful outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Service, Clinical Applications, and Sales Leadership.
• Monitor market trends, customer dynamics, and competitive activity to inform business strategy.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM records, and sales activity reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in medical device sales, ideally within surgical, interventional, breast health, or other capital equipment environments.
• Demonstrated success in achieving commercial objectives within a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively in a field-based role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Korea.
• English communication skills are preferred.
