The Senior Financial Analyst, Marketing & Commercial will be a key finance partner within Global Service, supporting the Service Marketing and Commercial Operations organization by delivering financial analysis, insights and recommendations that support commercial decisions and long-term growth. This role owns the North America service revenue forecast across divisions, average selling price and price/volume/mix analysis, and the revenue narrative for monthly business reviews, and serves as a financial resource and thought partner to stakeholders across finance, marketing and sales.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key finance partner to Service Marketing and Commercial Operations, providing financial analysis, interpretation and recommendations that support revenue growth and commercial decision-making.
- Own the end-to-end North America Service revenue forecast across Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions and Diagnostic Solutions, including forecast methodology, key assumptions, stakeholder alignment and consolidation into the financial outlook.
- Lead revenue and pricing analytics, including average selling price, price-volume-mix analysis and evaluation of commercial actions to understand their impact on revenue, margin and financial performance.
- Own the commercial and revenue workstream for the Global Service strategic plan, coordinating cross-functional inputs and developing the multi-year revenue outlook.
- Provide financial leadership for key Service revenue streams and commercial programs, including time-and-materials and spare-parts P&Ls, commercial incentive-plan modeling and payout analysis, and pricing initiatives.
- Evaluate commercial opportunities and customer economics, including profitability analysis for new master service agreements and contracts and ongoing customer- and system-level profitability reporting.
- Own the Service revenue narrative for monthly business reviews and executive presentations, clearly explaining performance drivers, trends, risks, opportunities and the forward-looking outlook.
- Develop financial models and analytical tools that improve commercial decision support, leveraging data from multiple sources and helping automate and enhance reporting, forecasting and dashboards.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives requiring collaboration across Finance, Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and experience working with complex datasets
- Strong financial acumen and ability to connect commercial activity to revenue, margin and P&L outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill detailed analysis into clear insights for financial and non-financial audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, operate independently and build effective cross-functional relationships
- Strong ownership mindset and commitment to high-quality work, including proactively identifying risks, validating analysis and ensuring deliverables are accurate and well supported
- Reliable and proactive, consistently meeting deadlines for close, forecast and other key deliverables, flagging timeline risks early, and using checks and reconciliations to self-catch issues before deliverables are shared
- Education and experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
- 5+ years related financial experience
- Experience with revenue forecasting, pricing analytics or commercial finance preferred
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion or similar ERP and planning platforms
The annualized base salary range for this role is $ 81,900 – $128,100 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will depend on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, location, education, business needs, and market demand.
