Responsibilities

  • →Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory in collaboration with your Territory Manager.
  • →Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, hospital administrators, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
  • →Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and educational workshops for medical professionals.
  • →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and clinical support, to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • →Gather market intelligence on competitors' products, pricing, and strategies to inform sales tactics.
  • →Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and educational events to network and promote Hologic’s products.
  • →Provide daily in-person case support for our products in a clinical setting.
  • →Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all activities and communications.
  • →Prepare and deliver sales presentations to multiple stakeholders.
  • →Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience. Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on surgical products is an additional asset.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Often 2-3 nights a week away from home.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
