Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 month Temp

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing team on a 6-month temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with business leaders, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.  Requirement for three days a week in the office.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract, engage, assess and secure top talent across Hologic.

You'll be responsible for:

• →Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies
• →Proactively sourcing and engaging diverse talent through multiple channels and innovative approaches
• →Acting as a trusted advisor, challenging and coaching stakeholders on recruitment best practices
• →Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey
• →Managing external recruitment partners and assessment providers where required
• →Leveraging recruitment data and market insights to drive informed hiring decisions
• →Ensuring process compliance and accurate use of recruitment systems and tools
• →Building talent pipelines for both current and future business needs

We're looking for candidates with recruitment expertise, commercial awareness and strong relationship-building skills

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels
• Strong sourcing capability using a range of platforms, tools and networking approaches
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
• Demonstrated ability to assess talent against business requirements and future potential
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
• Vendor and agency management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience at recruiting professional level positions, preferably in G&A - Finance, Legal etc

Pay transparency statement

The salary range for this role is $60-70 / hour. Where an offer falls within the range will depend on factors such as relevant training, experience and education, geography, seniority, and similar factors. Hologic reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range to account for particularly unique circumstances, and to revise, remove, or update postings as necessary.
