Role Description:

Provides day-to-day support for the Authority's Asset Management Program at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant by maintaining asset information systems, supporting data quality and governance, and assisting with the development of reports and analyses that support operations, maintenance, engineering, and asset management activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update asset records in the CMMS/EAMS, including asset registry entries, hierarchy, attributes, and associated documentation, to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

  • Apply established asset data standards and naming conventions when creating or updating records, and flag inconsistencies or gaps for resolution with the Asset Management team.

  • Compile and organize asset documentation — drawings, O&M manuals, nameplate data, and manufacturer information — and link it to the corresponding assets in the EAMS.

  • Build, maintain, and improve Power BI reports and dashboards that make asset, work order, and performance data accessible to Asset Management, Process Engineering, and Operations & Maintenance staff.

  • Perform on-request data analysis to support asset decisions, capital planning inputs, and O&M performance reviews, presenting findings in a clear and usable format

  • Partner with Process Engineers and Program Managers to gather data requirements and carry out the hands-on work of integrating asset data across the CMMS, control system, and other business data sources.

  • Support the intake, triage, and resolution of EAMS user requests and data corrections, coordinating with system administrators and IT as needed.

  • Maintain appropriate documentation on new and existing systems.

  • Participate in structured learning and development activities — including hands-on project work, cross-team collaboration, and training in EAMS administration, reporting tools, and asset management practice.
