Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead the organization's AI enablement strategy across business operations, with Salesforce serving as a key enterprise platform
- →Identify, prioritize, and implement AI use cases that improve productivity, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making
- →Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions that align with business priorities
- →Optimize Salesforce workflows by embedding AI capabilities that improve efficiency, visibility, and user experience
- →Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and translate them into scalable AI-enabled solutions
- →Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver successful implementations
- →Establish governance, best practices, and adoption strategies that ensure AI becomes part of how the organization operates every day
- →Measure business impact, adoption, and continuous improvement across AI initiatives
- A fast-paced, externally facing organization where timing, accuracy, and coordination are critical.
- Salesforce serves as a foundational enterprise platform supporting complex stakeholder engagement and business operations.
- AI is a strategic priority with strong executive sponsorship and a clear commitment to moving beyond pilots into enterprise-wide adoption.
- Teams rely heavily on information and relationships, creating significant opportunities for AI to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and decision-making.
- Strong leadership support for modernization with a clear focus on execution and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience leading AI enablement, digital transformation, automation, or enterprise technology initiatives
- Strong Salesforce power-user experience, including workflows, automation, reporting, and business process optimization
- Experience working alongside Salesforce administrators, developers, and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus, but not required
- Hands-on experience implementing generative AI, LLMs, Copilots, intelligent automation, or other enterprise AI technologies
- Strong business process and stakeholder management skills with the ability to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into practical solutions
- Proven success driving organizational adoption, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders
- This is a highly visible role with executive sponsorship and organization-wide impact
- The focus is on enabling AI across existing business operations, not building AI products or conducting research
- Success will be measured by adoption, workflow transformation, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes
- Salesforce expertise is important, but this is fundamentally an AI enablement and business transformation role
- Ideal backgrounds include enterprise AI transformation, business systems, CRM strategy, consulting, policy, advocacy, membership organizations, nonprofits, or other highly relationship-driven environments
Location: DC Metro preferred, with flexibility for remote candidates (also open to sites in New York Metro, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, Dallas)
Work Model: Hybrid, leaning remote with periodic in-person collaboration
Compensation: $120,000-$160,000, with flexibility depending on experience
