Position Summary
The sales enablement role provides sales leaders and business consultants with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and broader enablement team, this role is a key contributor to Sales Effectiveness. Working with teams across the organization to support the deployment, and maintenance of sales content and training. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Set the culture and expectations for success by welcoming new hires and creating an environment that fosters confidence, collaboration, and high performance.
• Facilitate engaging onboarding and training sessions that reinforce proprietary knowledge, best practices, and process adoption for rapid application in the field.
• Lead virtual and in-person workshops to build seller proficiency, strengthen product understanding, and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Deliver ongoing continued education program (Everboarding) that keeps the field informed and skilled on evolving processes, tools, and offerings.
• Respond to ad-hoc training needs based on product launches, performance gaps, and expanded process adoption, ensuring timely and relevant support.
• Coach and mentor sellers and sales leaders through Field Handoff sessions, modeling effective sales processes and providing actionable feedback to drive individual and team success.
• Partner with sales, revenue operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure all training initiatives align with organizational priorities and messaging.
• Support the adoption of critical sales tools and processes by guiding sellers through best practices and troubleshooting challenges.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, making adjustments to improve impact and engagement.
Marginal Functions
• Prepare or update speaker bios for introductions during multi-speaker sessions.
• Contribute to team success by sharing resources and supporting colleagues.
• Provide recap notes or summaries for leadership when needed.
• Support the adoption of new tools or processes outside of formal training sessions.
• Skilled at facilitating sessions and managing multiple speakers; coordinates transitions smoothly and maintains control of meetings.
• Promotes engagement through thought-provoking questions during sessions.
• Strategically ties activities and exercises back to learning objectives.
• Fosters a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and positivity; builds hype and morale during sessions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present content clearly and engage learners in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Experience working in sales, sales enablement, marketing, or learning management; strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices, with preferred experience supporting channel partner sales.
• Demonstrates confident mastery of content; explains ideas simply and uses relevant examples to bring concepts to life.
• Strong project management skills with a sense of ownership; consistently meets deadlines and maintains organized files and logistics.
• Preferred understanding of payroll, benefits, and HR service functionalities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure; remains calm during disruptions and adapts delivery based on audience and environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality delivery and materials; catches inconsistencies and ensures accuracy.
• Proactive and anticipates needs; solves problems independently and demonstrates sound professional judgment.
• Strong collaboration skills; contributes to team success and communicates effectively with leaders to support coaching.
• Growth mindset and coachability; actively seeks, appreciates, and applies feedback for continuous improvement.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in B2B sales.

Physical Demands
Sedentary Work: Primarily involves sitting for extended periods, often at a desk or computer. Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Mobility: Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, events and partner visits. Occasional walking or traversing throughout the office to meet with leaders and other employees. Visual Acuity: Ability to read and analyze data on a computer screen (or to read and analyze data with reasonable accommodation) and in printed materials. Lifting & Carrying: Minimal physical lifting required, but may involve handling documents, and lifting light office supplies.

Verbal and Written Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting, cross functional coordination, and team leadership. Ability to clearly articulate strategy, goals, and expectations across diverse teams. Presentation Skills: Ability to present to internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior leadership.
Environmental Conditions Primarily will be an indoor, office environment. May occasionally have moderate noise level from copiers, W2 or check printers, and coworkers. May work in various additional environments, including client offices, industry conferences, customer events, and training sessions. This means adapting to different settings and conditions regularly. This role may involve extended periods of sitting during travel and meetings, as well as standing and walking during client visits and events.
