• Role Overview:

• Responsible for prospecting, converting leads, originating loans, managing borrower relationships, and guiding clients from application through closing

• Key Responsibilities:

• Generate mortgage loan opportunities

• Develop referral and borrower relationships

• Convert company-provided leads

• Conduct borrower consultations

• Analyze borrower financing needs

• Recommend appropriate mortgage products

• Collect and review loan documentation

• Maintain pipeline activity and follow-up schedules

• Guide borrowers from application through closing

• Work closely with processors, underwriters, and operations teams

• Required Qualifications:

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License OR successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Exam

• Ability to obtain required state licenses

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent relationship-building skills

• Strong sales and customer service abilities

• Experience managing multiple borrowers and active files

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure
