We're seeking a passionate blockchain/web3 developer to join our mission to revolutionize the industry.

We are looking for experienced and motivated full-stack and backend developers to join our current small and experienced team to development and deployment of complex blockchain applications. The ideal candidate will have experience building large, scalable applications, working with Bitcoin or other blockchain technologies, and/or building systems which solve the Byzantine generals problem through consensus algorithms. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, independent individual who thrives in startup environments and is keen to embody the entrepreneurial spirit that propels our company forward.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and very reliable code for blockchain applications, ensuring high performance and robust operation.

Build, deploy and maintain auditing and monitoring systems to monitor and track the performance and security of the systems.

Work autonomously and take initiative in identifying and tackling complex problems, leading the development process from inception to deployment.

Collaborate directly with the founding team to define project roadmaps and deliverables.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving software excellence and the integration of new technologies and methodologies.

Provide mentorship and support to team members, contributing to the collective growth and success of our startup.

Respond to and triage support issues that arise.

Actively participate in agile development practices, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a portfolio of projects in backend application development.
Significant experience with C++, Go or Rust, or similar languages. We build in Rust.
Experience and passion building and/or using finance, fintech, blockchains, and crypto.
Autonomous in setting work priorities and comfortable with a high level of responsibility.
Experience with Agile methodologies and a mindset that supports iterative development and rapid prototyping.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Startup mentality: adaptable, creative, and comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of startup environments.
