【职位描述】 PURPOSE OF THE JOB(required for supervisory/managerial job): Summarize why this job exists and the contribution it makes to the overall business of the company As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering customer-facing data analytics and consulting projects across commercial credit, risk & compliance, supplier evaluation, customer intelligence, and related business scenarios. By leveraging data analysis, modelling, and business insights, you will help clients identify risks, optimize decision-making, and improve business performance. This role works closely with clients, Product Sales, and Solution Consulting teams to transform data into actionable business value. 高级顾问负责商业信用、风险合规、供应商评价、客户洞察等领域的数据分析与咨询项目交付。通过数据分析、模型构建及业务洞察，帮助客户识别风险、优化决策并提升经营绩效。该岗位需与客户、销售及解决方案团队紧密协作，将数据能力转化为可落地的商业价值。 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Describe the major activities of the job, emphasizing the end results which must be achieved (suggest listing from the most important task) · Serve as the subject matter expert for data analytics and modelling workstreams within client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery of analytical outputs and business insights. 作为项目中的数据分析与建模专家，负责相关工作模块的方案设计、分析实施及成果交付，确保分析结果能够有效支撑客户业务决策。 · Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and data-driven solutions. 深入理解客户业务需求，将业务问题转化为分析框架和数据驱动解决方案。 · Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, integration, and analysis from multiple internal and external data sources. 完成多来源数据的提取、清洗、整合、验证及分析工作。 · Develop analytical models including credit assessment models, risk scoring models, customer segmentation models, and supplier evaluation frameworks. 设计和构建信用评估模型、风险评分模型、客户分层模型及供应商评价模型等分析模型。 · Apply statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and data modelling methodologies to generate actionable business insights. 运用统计分析、预测分析及数据建模方法，挖掘数据价值并形成业务洞察。 · Develop dashboards, reports, and visualization solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. 利用Power BI、Tableau等工具开发数据看板、分析报告及可视化解决方案。 · Present project findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and support workshops, business reviews, and executive presentations. 向客户管理层及相关业务团队汇报分析成果并提供决策建议。 · Collaborate with Account Manager, Solutions, Technology, and Data teams to ensure successful project delivery. 与销售、解决方案、技术及数据团队协作，确保项目顺利实施和交付。 · Contribute to the development of analytical methodologies, project assets, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality. 沉淀分析方法论、项目案例及最佳实践，持续提升项目交付质量和效率。 · Leverage AI technologies and intelligent analytics tools to improve data processing, insight generation, modelling efficiency, and project delivery quality; identify opportunities to apply AI-driven solutions in client business scenarios. 运用AI技术及智能分析工具提升数据处理、洞察发现、模型开发及项目交付效率；识别并推动AI驱动解决方案在客户业务场景中的应用。 

【任职要求】 EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: List the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the job in a fully competent manner · Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or related disciplines. 本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、数据科学、计算机、金融、经济学、商业分析等相关专业优先。 · 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business consulting, data modelling, or client project delivery. 5年以上数据分析、商业咨询、数据建模或客户项目交付经验。 · Solid understanding of data analytics methodologies and experience applying analytical techniques across multiple business scenarios. 熟悉数据分析方法论，具备跨业务场景的数据分析与应用经验。 · Experience independently managing and delivering client-facing analytics or consulting projects. 具备独立负责客户项目交付及项目管理经验。 · Advanced proficiency in SQL with strong data querying, transformation, and analytical capabilities. 精通SQL，具备复杂数据提取、处理及分析能力。 · Proficient in Python for data processing, statistical analysis, modelling, and automation. 熟练使用Python进行数据处理、统计分析、建模及自动化开发。 · Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and visualization platforms. 熟练使用Power BI、Tableau等商业智能及数据可视化工具。 · Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business insight capabilities. 具备优秀的逻辑分析能力、问题解决能力及商业洞察能力。 · Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical findings in a business-friendly manner. 具备良好的客户沟通及需求管理能力，能够向非技术受众清晰传递分析结果。 · Familiarity with AI-native ways of working and experience using Generative AI, LLM-assisted analytics, AI Agents, or intelligent workflow platforms to support data analysis, research, modelling, reporting, and project delivery. 熟悉AI Native工作方式，能够运用生成式AI、LLM辅助分析、AI Agent或智能工作流平台支持数据分析、研究、建模、报告编制及项目交付。
