Lead AV Programmer -Systems Integrator

• Develop, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Crestron control system programming for integrated AV/VTC environments.

• Lead AV systems engineering, integration, commissioning, and Tier III technical troubleshooting activities.

• Integrate Crestron control processors, touch panels, digital signal processors (DSPs), video distribution equipment, codecs, and network-connected AV technologies.

• Diagnose and resolve complex programming, system interoperability, configuration, and equipment performance issues.

• Perform system testing, performance optimization, preventive maintenance support, and cybersecurity compliance activities to ensure mission readiness.

• Maintain programming source code, engineering documentation, system configurations, and technical procedures while coordinating with Government personnel and supporting technicians.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AV programming, systems engineering, integration, commissioning, or advanced technical support.

• Advanced experience with Crestron programming, control systems, DSP integration, AV-over-IP, and integrated conferencing technologies; Crestron Master Certified Programmer (CMCP) Platinum certification strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex AV/VTC systems, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting secure Government environments; AVIXA CTS-D, CTS-I, or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred.

• On-site (Fairfield, Pennsylvania)

• Active DoD Secret

Salary Range:
Pay range information will be disclosed consistent with applicable state and local pay transparency laws once available. For this position, the anticipated salary range is $120,000–$145,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role..
