We’re looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development function and ensure our Doers are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed with their Founders.
This is more than managing a training team. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, performance, quality, operations, and continuous improvement of our entire training function — from the moment a Doer enters training through to their launch and first 30 days with a Founder.
You’ll lead a team of Training Facilitators, Assessors, Training Assistants and other L&D resources while working closely with Operations, Doer Success, Product, Allocation, Talent Acquisition, HR and other teams across the business.

Responsibilities
~2 min readAs our Training Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- →Lead the overall strategy, priorities and operating plan of the Learning & Development function.
- →Manage, coach and develop Training Facilitators, Assessors, Training Assistants and other L&D team members.
- →Oversee the end-to-end training operation, including cohorts, schedules, facilitator allocation, trainee attendance, completion, assessments and launch readiness.
- →Ensure training programs consistently prepare Doers to meet the standards and expectations required by Founders.
- →Establish and maintain training, assessment, coaching and quality standards.
- →Monitor trainee performance and identify Doers who may be at risk of failing, disengaging or not meeting readiness requirements.
- →Use training and performance data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
- →Manage L&D capacity and resources based on business demand and future requirements.
- →Develop and maintain performance expectations, scorecards and coaching mechanisms for the L&D team.
- →Continuously review and improve training processes, SOPs, workflows, assessments and learning materials.
- →Ensure our training content remains aligned with current digital marketing practices, tools and Founder expectations.
- →Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, technology and digital learning solutions to improve the efficiency, scalability and effectiveness of training.
- →Partner with Product, Operations, Allocation, Talent Acquisition, HR, Doer Success and other stakeholders to ensure training remains aligned with the needs of the business.
- →Provide leadership with clear reporting, insights, risks and recommendations relating to L&D performance.
- →Lead and support changes to training programs, processes, systems and organizational requirements.
- →Use learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve the Doer learning experience.
- →Take on other responsibilities and initiatives as required by the business.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Learning & Development, Training, Digital Marketing, Talent Development, Training Operations or a related field.
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably within L&D, Training, Digital Marketing or a similar function.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team and managing training or learning programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning, training methodologies, assessment and learner engagement.
- Strong practical knowledge of digital marketing, including areas such as SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing and lead generation.
- Experience using data and reporting to identify performance trends and drive improvements.
- Experience developing or improving training processes, SOPs and operational workflows.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching and feedback skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve training outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
Nice to Have

- Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms.
- Experience implementing AI or automation within a training environment.
- Relevant L&D, adult learning, leadership, project management or digital marketing certifications.
- Experience managing training teams in a remote environment.
