About the Role

~2 min read

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Business Partner to support our VP, APAC and partner closely with multiple senior leaders across the region. This is a true Executive Business Partner role, requiring someone who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You'll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, anticipating needs before they arise, expertly managing competing priorities, and ensuring leaders can focus on driving the business forward. You'll bring exceptional judgement, discretion, and operational excellence, acting as an extension of the leadership team while keeping day-to-day operations running seamlessly.

This role is based in Melbourne and follows a hybrid working model, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working remotely.

  • Partner closely with the VP, APAC and multiple senior leaders, providing proactive executive support that enables them to operate at their best.
  • Own complex calendar management, travel, meetings, and shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and track actions to ensure seamless execution and follow-through.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving processes, managing executive workflows, and building strong relationships across the business.
  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring key business priorities are delivered on time and with excellence.
  • You have 5+ years' experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive managing multiple priorities while maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality.
  • You are highly proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive), Slack, and comfortable learning new systems and tools that keep executive operations running smoothly.
  • You are an exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused, with a proven ability to anticipate needs, remove roadblocks, and continuously improve ways of working.

At DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of users—from Dashers to merchant partners to consumers. We are a technology and logistics company that started by enabling door-to-door delivery, and we are looking for team members who can help us go from a company that is known as the place you order food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods.

DoorDash is growing rapidly and changing constantly, which gives our team members the opportunity to share their unique perspectives, solve new challenges, and own their careers. We're committed to supporting employees’ happiness, healthiness, and overall well-being by providing comprehensive benefits and perks.

We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

If you need any accommodations, please inform your recruiting contact upon initial connection.
