SEO & Social Media Content Writer

Dot IT is looking for an experienced SEO & Social Media Content Writer to join our full-time remote team and create high-quality content across SEO, websites, and social media. You’ll work closely with our SEO and Social Media teams to develop strategic, engaging content for multiple clients across different industries and international markets, supporting both SEO performance and marketing objectives. A collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning Key Responsibilities Write high-quality SEO blog articles based on keywords, search intent, content briefs, and SEO requirements. Create website pages, landing pages, service pages, and other marketing content. Write social media captions, post copy, campaign messaging, and short-form content. Develop scripts and copy for Reels, videos, and other social content. Conduct research on industries, competitors, target audiences, and topics before writing. Adapt writing style, tone of voice, and messaging to different brands, industries, audiences, and platforms. Apply on-page SEO best practices, including keyword placement, headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and content structure. Optimize content for search intent while maintaining natural, engaging, and readable copy. Review, edit, proofread, and optimize existing content. Collaborate with the SEO team to meet search-focused content requirements and content strategies. Collaborate with the Social Media team on content calendars, messaging, creative concepts, and brand voice. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Requirements Required Experience & Skills 2+ years of professional content writing experience. Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is required. Strong portfolio is required, including examples of SEO articles, website content, and social media content. Proven experience writing SEO articles, website content, and marketing copy. Experience creating social media content for different brands. Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of SEO content principles, keywords, search intent, and on-page SEO. Ability to research unfamiliar industries and turn complex information into clear, engaging content. Ability to adapt writing style and tone across professional, corporate, B2B, B2C, and social media content. Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously. Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience writing for international and/or GCC markets. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms. Experience using AI tools as part of content workflows while maintaining originality, accuracy, quality, and brand voice. Experience writing video scripts, campaign concepts, and advertising copy. Basic understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI search visibility. Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms. Benefits Fully remote work.
