Implementation Manager

Rockerbox is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support customer onboarding by configuring implementations and executing technical setup tasks under the guidance of senior team members, while building toward greater independence in digital measurement and attribution work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support customer onboarding by configuring implementations and executing technical setup tasks under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist with implementing conversion tracking across pixels, APIs, webhooks, batch files, and e-commerce integrations while ensuring accuracy and data quality
- Troubleshoot customer implementation issues, escalating complex technical challenges when appropriate
- Communicate with customers throughout onboarding by providing timely updates, documenting meeting outcomes, and responding to inquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation in Jira, including implementation progress, technical findings, and customer communications
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and senior Implementation team members to resolve customer issues and deliver successful implementations
- Contribute to implementation documentation, playbooks, and process improvements to help scale the team's operations
- Continuously build technical expertise across the Rockerbox platform and participate in team learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives

What We're Looking For:

- 2-4 years of experience in technical implementation, customer success, technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience working with APIs, web tracking, data integrations, or marketing technology platforms
- Working knowledge of SQL and Excel for troubleshooting and data validation; Python experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate technical issues and follow established processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop expertise in digital measurement and attribution
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, pixel implementation, and marketing/media optimization is a plus
