This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. We're actively sourcing for product roles across multiple portfolio companies in the payments space. Roles span from mid-level IC to senior leadership. All require someone commercially minded, startup scrappy, and deeply fluent in payments.

Payments domain expertise, non-negotiable
Startup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
Commercially minded, you think about revenue and business outcomes, not just product
Strong operator instincts, able to go from strategy to execution without hand-holding

Process:

We’ll confidentially match you with portfolio companies aligned with your experience, focus, and interests
If mutual interest exists between you and a team, we’ll facilitate a warm introduction
If there isn’t a match today, we’ll keep you top of mind for future opportunities

Compensation

Early: $95,000–$130,000
Mid: $130,000–$190,000
Senior: $180,000–$250,000

The compensation range reflects variation by seniority, location, and hiring company. Final compensation is confirmed with the specific hiring company.
