What We Offer
~1 min readThe best way to understand the Driver’s Mindset is to see it in action. We’re an award-winning, mission-driven team of 600+ people worldwide, united by a culture that values trust, speed, and continuous growth.
We're looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to help drive how Drata brings products and capabilities to market. Drata's platform spans compliance automation, enterprise GRC, TPRM, trust center, and AI governance—a growing portfolio that requires coordinated, high-quality GTM execution across every launch.
This is a senior role, no direct reports, high autonomy, and high impact. You'll support and contribute to end-to-end GTM planning and execution, keeping Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, and leadership aligned. You'll help run the NPI process, contribute to the GTM communications cadence, and produce the launch assets that enable the field to sell and customers to succeed. If you do your best work as the person who connects all the dots and gets things across the finish line, this is the role.
