Creative is the engine of our growth - we run high-volume, insight-driven creative testing across paid channels, and we're building the team that keeps that engine running.
A performance-driven design role built around independent production. A Senior Creative Strategist sets the strategy and direction - from there, you work independently: researching what wins, deciding what to make, writing the short copy, and producing image and GIF ads at scale. This is a role for a designer or editor with sharp creative insight - or the drive to develop it - whose work is measured by ad performance, not only visual quality.
