The Senior Manager Finance will own end to end accounting operations, statutory compliances and financial reporting. This role ensures strong financial controls, accurate reporting and partners with business teams to support scale and decision making in a fast paced environment.

Accounting and Reporting

Own accounting operations including MIS Balance Sheet Profit & Loss Order Book & Revenue Recognition

Ensure accurate inventory accounting valuation and reporting

Maintain accuracy of accounting entries in ERP systems

Drive reconciliations across banks payment gateways vendors customers and intercompany accounts

Prepare Budget vs Actual reports with variance insights

Compliance and Controls

Establish and maintain strong internal controls and finance processes

Ensure compliances including TDS Equalization Levy GST including RCM and FEMA

Drive timely statutory and regulatory filings

Support internal statutory and IFC audits

Monitor creditor ageing and manage payouts through cash flow planning
