Responsibilities

→Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
→3 or more years of data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, or related experience
→Strong Python and SQL skills with knowledge of statistics, machine learning, forecasting, and model evaluation, and working familiarity with LLMs, prompt and context engineering, and unstructured or document data
→Experience working with real-world business data and communicating analytical findings to stakeholders
→Familiarity with source control, reproducible analysis, and production model practices
→Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, communicate clearly, and deliver results in an evolving environment
→Ability to build trusted relationships across the organization, balancing enterprise standards with business needs and operating realities

Requirements

Experience with Snowflake, Azure ML, MLflow, LLM and document AI techniques, or open-source ML libraries, and experience with homebuilding, real estate, construction, pricing, demand, supply chain, finance, or customer analytics, is a plus.
Experience in homebuilding, real estate, construction, mortgage, title, land development, sales, purchasing, finance, customer care, or another distributed operating business is a plus.
Experience working in a large enterprise with complex enterprise environments is preferred.
Experience founding, incubating, or building new products, capabilities, or businesses from the ground up is a plus.
