→Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Learning, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience
→3+ years of change management, communications, training, learning, adoption, or related experience
→Strong writing, facilitation, presentation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
→Ability to translate technical or process changes into clear, practical messages for different employee audiences
→Comfort working with distributed teams and traveling to support business unit or field adoption when needed
→Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, communicate clearly, and deliver results in an evolving environment
→Build trusted relationships across the organization, balancing enterprise standards with business needs and operating realities

Requirements

Change management certification or experience with digital, data, analytics, AI, or enterprise software adoption, including generative AI and agent-based tools, is a plus
Experience in homebuilding, real estate, construction, mortgage, title, land development, sales, purchasing, finance, customer care, or another distributed operating business is a plus
Experience working in a large enterprise with complex enterprise environments is preferred
Experience founding, incubating, or building new products, capabilities, or businesses from the ground up is a plus
