We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sr. NetSuite Administrator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the business and supporting the company's overall growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to system management.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage, support and maintain NetSuite system configurations, including customizations and workflows.
- →Manage integrations into and from NetSuite from tools like Celigo, Salesforce.
- →Build relationships with key finance stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize NetSuite for business processes.
- →Maintain and manage customizations for NetSuite modules to meet business requirements.
- →Develop and maintain custom fields, records, and workflows.
- →Create and manage user roles, permissions, provisioning, access controls and data security.
- →Assist with data import and exports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- →Recommend solutions for systems improvements.
- →Develop and maintain custom reports, suitelets and dashboards.
- →Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
- →Provide user training for user roles.
- →Stay up-to-date on NetSuite features, enhancements and best practices.
- →Manage NetSuite business process improvements, projects and ensure delivery of projects outlined in the NetSuite roadmap.
- 5-8 years experience as NetSuite administrator
- Current NetSuite Certified Administrator qualification
- Exceptional understanding of NetSuite core functionalities.
- Experience in implementing and configuring NetSuite modules.
- Proficiency in creating custom fields, records, and workflows
- Technical experience with modern API methods, SQL and the development of complex systems at scale
- Familiarity with NetSuite Suitescript is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.

What We Offer
~1 min readThe pay range for this position is expected to be between $123,000.00 and $172,333.00/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
