Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of our company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Support the implementation and configuration of hardware and software components, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Collaborate with the infrastructure team to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
Contribute to the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, such as system upgrades and migrations.
Participate in the documentation of infrastructure processes, procedures, and configurations.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions for infrastructure improvements.

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a target graduation date between December 2027 to August 2028.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN technologies.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix) and virtualization technologies.
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Collaborative with global teams
Self-motivated and intellectually curious
Accountable and have a high level of ownership
Able to handle pressure and time constraints with composure

Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.) for automation tasks.
Familiarity with configuration management tools (such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).

Previous internship or relevant hands-on experience in infrastructure-related roles is a plus.
