Job Title: Production Coordinator City: El Salto, Jalisco, Mexico As a Production Coordinator you will be responsible for lead safe, reliable, and efficient production at our El Salto site. This role combines visible, people-centered shop-floor leadership with data-driven execution and Lean Six Sigma improvement, offering the opportunity to strengthen team capability, operational discipline, and sustainable performance. This position is part of the Solutions (SolCo) business within the Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) division. It is one of the two independent entities that will be created from ANH as part of its divestiture to CVC Capital Partners. Your key responsibilities * Lead production safely, reliably, and in line with quality and service requirements. * Maintain a strong daily presence on the shop floor through GEMBA and direct team engagement. * Coach, develop, and empower frontline leaders and production employees. * Own production performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people indicators. * Use data, structured problem solving, and daily management routines to drive decisions. * Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and sustain measurable operational improvements. * Own the OPEX and CAPEX strategy for production You Bring * A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. * At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, including 3 years leading production teams. * Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish, spoken and written. * Practical Lean Six Sigma knowledge and experience leading improvement initiatives. * Strong data analysis, KPI interpretation, and structured problem-solving capability. * Close, inclusive leadership with consistent GEMBA presence, coaching, and accountability.
