You will work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Global Planning teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of planning processes.
Your key responsibilities

* Monitor and manage production order execution, including order conversion, firming, and schedule alignment to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.
* Proactively identify and manage supply risks such as material shortages, capacity bottlenecks, and late orders, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation actions.
* Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement teams to align priorities and ensure end-to-end order fulfilment.
* Maintain and optimize system parameters (e.g., planning settings, pegging logic) to improve automation rates and planning accuracy in tools such as SAP/Kinaxis.
* Analyze planning performance (e.g., plan adherence, service level, inventory) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
* Support digitalization and automation projects by providing business insights, validating system changes, and ensuring smooth implementation.
* Act as the key contact for planning-related topics during system/process changes, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
You bring

* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and reliability
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across functions and regions
