Job Description
Objectives of the Role:
• Responsible for driving Mutual Fund Sales through NDs, KRs and IFAs.
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients and all channel partners and increase market share for DSPAM
• Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the
chain.
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business
• Build long term core assets through incremental net sales
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business
• Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm
can respond to changing market conditions.
• Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets
Skills Required:
• Has capital market knowledge and relevant experience of the industry
• Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is
little interest in cooperating and participating.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident
• NISM VA certified or can complete certification before joining
Years of Experience:
• Candidate with 5+years of experience.
