Responsibilities

- →Create and manage internal knowledge base articles and documentation.
- →Collaborate with IT and other departments to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
- →Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences.
- →Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
- →Conduct reviews and updates of existing documentation to ensure it remains current and relevant.
- →Identify new opportunities to use documentation and communication to improve employee experiences.
- →Work with subject matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
- →Review and edit content developed by other team members to ensure consistency and quality.
- →Create and implement frameworks for how to approach organizational knowledge management and content creation.
- →Utilize content management systems to organize and publish documentation.
Requirements

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to distill complex technical information into accessible language and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Experience working on instructional or educational content.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Process-oriented, with experience creating or contributing to documentation and content processes.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of technology and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
