• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership - sourcing through close

• Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning

• Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies

• Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end

• Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally building a function from scratch (ATS, candidate experience systems, process)

• Deep sourcing expertise - you find talent beyond inbound

• Analytical: you track what's working and manage against KPIs
