In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.

We hire outliers - people who have achieved difficult things, in their careers or beyond. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community.

You own the front end of our technology partnerships motion, and every new partner conversation starts with you. You take each one from the first meeting through to a package our engineering team can build against. The partners you sign up ship in our product and get used every day by controllers, CFOs, and accountants. You start in Technology, and as you prove the motion the role expands into Advisory, Private Equity, and Solution Providers.

You're measured on how quickly and consistently you move partners through the milestones that turn a cold conversation into a live integration, and on the closed-won revenue those partnerships produce.

• A couple of years in outbound, business development, or account executive work

• AEs looking to move into a partnerships career path fit especially well here

• Scrappy and tenacious, the kind of person who finds a way in when there isn't one

• Comfortable holding 20 or more partner conversations in flight without losing the thread

• Curious about how software talks to software, even though you don't need to code yourself

• Fintech, SaaS, or B2B partnerships exposure

• Comfort with HubSpot, Crossbeam, or PRM tooling

• Ability to hold your own on a first-pass NDA or MSA conversation

• Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world

• Caelahn joined DualEntry to build the partnerships function from zero; inherited 323 partner conversations, defined our 4-channel taxonomy, and stood up the attribution and program infrastructure to activate and scale across all four channels in his first 8 weeks. He's now launching Technology, Advisory, Resellers, and Private Equity in parallel.
