The Senior Manager, Project & Transformation is the senior execution lead inside Agency Operations. You take the company's most complex priorities, turn them into structured and workable programs, and then carry them yourself from discovery through implementation, adoption and the optimization that follows launch.

This role suits someone who is equally at home in a strategy conversation, an operations review and a systems implementation, and who judges a project by the result it produced rather than the day it went live. You report to the Director, Operations & Agency Services, and work directly with the CEO and leadership team as the scope of an initiative calls for it.

  • End-to-End Delivery : You lead the company's most complex cross-functional projects yourself, from first concept through implementation and everything that comes after launch. The outcome is yours, not just the oversight.

  • Project Planning : You build and maintain the plans behind those projects, covering timelines, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets and how success gets measured. When something stalls or gets murky, you sort it out.

  • Stakeholder Leadership : You run the discovery sessions, workshops, process design meetings and steering committees, and keep internal teams and external vendors aligned on what is being delivered, what has been decided and what depends on what.

  • Launch and Adoption : You own readiness, testing, rollout, training, go-live, hypercare and stabilization, then go back and check whether the project actually did what it was meant to do.

  • Governance : You set out who owns what, who decides what, how issues escalate and how success is measured, and you set the standard for charters, business cases, status reporting, risk management and benefit tracking without turning any of it into bureaucracy.

  • Portfolio Prioritization : You turn company priorities into structured programs and roadmaps, sequenced sensibly against everything else in flight, including integration work tied to acquisitions, partnerships or new business lines.

  • Process Redesign : You lead the rebuild of complicated processes that cross departments and business lines, taking out the duplication, the manual work, the weak controls and the friction.

  • Systems : You lead major implementations, migrations and integrations across ERP, CRM, workflow platforms, reporting and business intelligence. You hold a point of view on how the tech stack should consolidate as it grows, and you push automation and AI where they genuinely help.

  • Financial Operations : You lead transformation across accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, billing, collections, commissions and revenue workflows, working closely with Finance throughout.

  • Change and Team Leadership : You build the change management approach that brings people with you, and you lead within Operations as a player coach, managing people directly while staying close to the work yourself.

  • Experience : Eight or more years leading complex, cross-functional projects and transformation programs, including several years managing people.

  • Ownership : A track record of carrying enterprise initiatives all the way from discovery through go-live, adoption and measurable business impact.

  • Systems Fluency : Hands-on experience leading ERP, CRM or enterprise platform implementations, migrations and integrations, and comfort working alongside technical teams and vendors.

  • Financial Operations : A working command of financial processes, controls, billing and revenue workflows, and the credibility to partner with Finance and Accounting.

  • Structure : A methodical way of prioritizing, governing and designing processes, applied with proportion rather than ceremony.

  • Executive Presence : You can hold a steering committee, brief leadership clearly and bring people along without pushing.

  • Discretion : A refined sense of discretion, and ease working close to confidential commercial and financial matters in a talent-driven business.

  • Bilingualism : Professional fluency in French and English, spoken and written.

  • At Dulcedo, we look for more than just a CV -  we look for energy.

  • You’re known for your initiative, curiosity, and genuine drive to make things happen.

  • Your positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and the way you uplift those around you are contagious.

  • You thrive on new challenges, stay calm under pressure, and love the pace and excitement of a dynamic environment.

  • You’re a true self-starter - passionate, gritty, and goal-oriented, someone who loves having projects, challenges, and milestones to work toward.

  • In short, you’re driven, creative, and structured, someone who knows how to balance discipline, fun, and performance - 3 core pillars of Dulcedo’s culture

  • Unlimited Paid PTO : Yes, really. Enjoy true work–life balance with the freedom to take the time you need, when you need it!

  • 12 Monthly Personal Days : One extra day off every month to recharge and relax

  • Flexible Work Environment : Minimal office attendance for those near our hubs, giving you room to adapt your schedule with ease.

  • Montreal & Toronto Offices : Snacks, great vibes, and pet-friendly spaces. What more could you ask for?

  • Remote Work : Ideal for our travellers, expats, and digital nomads who want to grow their career without staying in one place.

  • Freestyle Fridays : We wrap up at 2:00 PM ET every Friday. Long weekends, every week.

  • Comprehensive Insurance : Dental, vision, and medical coverage for you and your loved ones.

  • Room to Grow : Take advantage of real internal mobility in a fast-growing company where “sky’s the limit” isn’t just a saying.

  • The Best of Both Worlds : A vibrant startup spirit backed by 15+ years of experience and the stability of a well-established organization.

  • As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to making sure everyone feels included, supported, and valued. Should you require any accommodations during the application process, please write to talentacquisition@dulcedo.com and we will adjust the process to your needs.
