- Lead the design and architecture of highly available and scalable cloud production systems on GCP and Azure.
- Develop roadmaps and solutions for infrastructure solutions, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure and services using programming languages such as Python and GoLang.
- Utilize scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, etc. for automation and infrastructure tasks.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Continuously improve IaC practices to enhance deployment and management processes.
- Utilize Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of microservices.
- Implement deployment methods such as GitOps, ArgoCD, etc., for efficient and reliable releases.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate Infrastructure delivery processes.
- Focus on continuous testing and integration to maintain product quality and reliability.
- Implement and adhere to cloud security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of systems.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies and frameworks.
- Implement monitoring solutions and Golden Signals for proactive system monitoring.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Requirements
~1 min read- 6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or software engineering
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages, preferably Python and GoLang
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Cloud native and open-source monitoring and visualization tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment, while producing quality code
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and adaptation
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, etc.
- Experience with deployment methods like GitOps and ArgoCD
