Senior Production Lead

Through Tesco Media, we work at the heart of retail media, partnering with Tesco, brands, media owners and agencies to deliver data-led media solutions at scale. 

We're looking for a Senior Production Lead to take ownership of the delivery of high-impact in-store marketing campaigns across the Tesco estate. This role sits at the heart of campaign execution, bringing together creative, marketing, operational and supplier partners to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly from initial brief through to in-store deployment.

You'll play a key role in maintaining production excellence across a growing retail media business, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest possible standards.

You'll lead complex production projects across multiple stakeholders and suppliers, driving consistency, quality and operational excellence throughout the campaign lifecycle.

• →Leading end-to-end delivery of POS and retail marketing campaigns across the Tesco estate
• →Managing project plans, timelines, approvals and stakeholder communications from brief to deployment
• →Partnering with marketing, creative, operations and client teams to develop clear and effective campaign briefs
• →Overseeing print production, quality assurance, fulfilment and distribution activities to ensure flawless execution
• →Identifying opportunities to improve production processes, supplier management and campaign delivery standards

We're looking for a commercially minded production professional who combines strong project management capability with deep knowledge of retail marketing production.

• Experience delivering POS, print production or retail marketing campaigns at scale
• Strong understanding of commercial print production, materials, finishing techniques and quality control processes
• Outstanding organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams, agencies and suppliers
• A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and operational excellence
