The French market is one of Dust’s most important growth levers, and the Marketing team plays a central role in supporting pipeline generation through events, content and account-based activations.

As field marketing specialist, France, you will be the execution owner for Dust’s local Marketing activities. Working closely with the France Marketing Lead, you will turn defined priorities into high-quality events, localized webinars, social media, content and partner marketing activations that support Sales, BDRs and pipeline generation.

The France Marketing Lead owns the strategy, budget, programme selection and priorities. You will own execution, coordination, content delivery and continuous improvement across the French Marketing motion.

You will be part of a growing Marketing team across the US, UK and France, managed by the Global Head of Marketing.

• Execute conferences, Dust-owned events and localized webinars selected and scoped by the France Marketing Lead.

• Coordinate the preparation, stakeholders, content, landing pages and logistics needed for a smooth delivery.

• Work closely with Sales and BDRs to prepare target accounts, follow-up plans and event-related content.

• Collect feedback, measure performance and document learnings after each activity.

• Own social media execution for Dust around events, campaigns and key French-market topics.

• Support AEs with relevant content and messaging for their LinkedIn activity.

• Coordinate with Global Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Design and external media partners to deliver relevant content for French enterprise audiences.

• Turn events, customer conversations and market insights into reusable content, including customer stories, blog posts, videos, YouTube content and Sales assets.

• Provide execution and logistical support for regional partner marketing activities within the strategy, selection and budget defined by the France Marketing Lead.

• Support Growth with French-market content for ABM, webinars and paid campaigns.

• Produce or reformat assets such as e-books, landing pages, customer content and campaign materials.

• Connect event, content and partner marketing activities to target account engagement and pipeline generation.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive Marketing tasks , Build Dust agents and workflows to support research, event preparation, content repurposing, Sales enablement, reporting and follow-up.
