• →Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• →Facilitate stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and alignment sessions.
• →Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner using Jira or similar tools.
• →Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and dependency mapping.
• →Support solution design and business process modelling.
• →Support SIT/UAT, acceptance criteria validation, defect management, and release activities.
• →Maintain requirements traceability from requirements → build → testing → release.
• →Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and standards.
• →Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and Go/No-Go decisions.
• →Collaborate effectively across business, technical, and delivery teams.
