We are looking for a Business Analyst with actuarial knowledge of Life Insurance products to support the configuration, testing, and validation of insurance products within a specialized product modeling environment.

In this role, you will ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of product configurations and calculations.

You will work with Visual Product Modeling System (VP/MS), a leading insurance product modeling solution, translating business and actuarial requirements into product models and supporting testing activities throughout the product lifecycle.

•       Understand the complex product logic of a life insurance product

•       Design, create, and perform functional, integration, and regression testing to validate product configurations, calculations and validations.

•       Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a straightforward way comprehensible to developers/project team.

•       Analyze results and ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements

•       Identify, document, and track defects

•       Participate in the QA (Quality Assurance) to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.

•       Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

•       Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

•       Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail

•       An AI-oriented mindset is expected to integrate the provided AI tools into daily work.

•       Fluent with Microsoft Office Tools especially Word and Excel.

•       Experience in software testing or quality assurance.

•       Knowledge of financial services or insurance domain.

•       Familiarity with development tools or IDEs.

•       German and Czech language skills are beneficial.
