  Support and contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives within defined areas.

  Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key partners.

  Take ownership of selected HR processes and projects, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement.

  Coordinate HR operations and support the optimization of workflows and service delivery.

  Contribute to the development, implementation, and consistent application of HR policies and practices.

  Act as a partner to the business by supporting recruitment, onboarding, and learning & development activities.

  Handle employee queries and support employee relations matters.

  Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably from a dynamic international and/or matrix organisation.

• Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices, including Danish labor law, CBA and employment practices.

• Experience working with HR data, reporting, and basic analytics.

• Proactive, structured, and with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an independent manner.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in Danish and English

• Experience supporting or driving HR projects or initiatives.

• Exposure to HR systems and data tools.

• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., HRBP, SHRM-CP).

• Knowledge of additional Nordic languages.
