• →Support SAP VIM and OpenText BCC solutions in an SLA-driven environment.
• →Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and handle service requests.
• →Configure and enhance SAP VIM invoice processing workflows.
• →Maintain and optimize OpenText BCC/OCR capture solutions.
• →Support invoice validation, approval, posting, and exception handling processes.
• →Develop and implement business enhancements and automation initiatives.
• →Collaborate with business users and stakeholders on continuous improvement activities.

• 5+ years of SAP VIM experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • PO and Non-PO invoice processing
  • Approval workflows
  • Validation rules
  • Exception handling
  • SAP FI/AP integration
• 5+ years of OpenText Business Capture Center (BCC) experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • OCR configuration
  • Capture fields and validation rules
  • XML/PDF invoice processing
  • Capture application customization
  • Error troubleshooting
• SAP ECC 6.0 knowledge.
• Experience with SAP FI, Accounts Payable, MM Invoice Verification, and Workflow Management.
• AMS/support services experience in production environments.

• Invoice digitization and automation projects.
• Document archiving and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing evolutive backlogs and continuous improvement initiatives.
